Leia is the most calm, supportive, and attentive instructor I've ever had. Pilates or otherwise. She has helped me through postpartum recovery and pelvic and abdominal strengthening for 4 years now and our sessions have had a great impact on my physical well-being. She always adjusts my workout based on how my body is doing, but also knows how to push me when I need to be challenged. I would recommend Leia to anyone needing more customized support.
