Pre & Postnatal Pilates

My experience as a Women's Health Specialist and a Labor & Delivery and Postpartum RN has allowed me to develop a nurturing and effective method to support your body through pregnancy, birth, recovery and beyond. We will focus on gently strengthening your core, gaining length and confidence in your pelvic floor, and redefining your posture as your body grows and changes. We will explore breathing techniques, pain control options and discuss birth planning as desired. Through the immediate postpartum period we will gently recover and focus on repairing and nurturing your body.

Pilates through pregnancy and motherhood with me will give you

  • a deep connection to with your core 

  • sustainable pelvic floor health

  • strength, stability and mobility while growing and transforming

  • encouraging confidence and trust in their bodies ability, no matter what happens

The moment you become a mother is one of the most significant events of your life. With my coaching, I want to encourage you to become present in the moment, in both mind and body, not swept up by fear. There is no right way to be pregnant, give birth or mother - there is only your way. I want you to learn to trust and be gently with yourself.
