In 8 weeks, you will transform your pelvic floor and core while nourishing your mind. From the inside out, we will relax, heal and strengthen your body so you can start living a more full, pain free and leak free life. In the comfort of your home and at your own pace, my supportive and sustainable program consists of Pilates to repair and revive your pelvic floor and core, and mindfulness to decrease stress, increase confidence, self-love and self-trust. 

Through my step-by-step virtual program, you will be safely guided through exercises designed to properly lengthen and strengthen your pelvic floor, core and the outer supporting muscles of your pelvis to create a “cylinder of support” for your pelvis and spine, and a reinforced hammock for your vital organs (urinary, gastrointestinal and reproductive systems). 

The pelvic floor has been regarded as a muscle of emotion. So, In addition to the physical transformation, you will discover how stress plays a role in your pelvic health and how your breath and mental health is a key component to combating your pelvic floor dysfunction. We will explore together how to discover ways to develop self-confidence, self-love and self-trust.

  • 4 30-min one-on-one virtual sessions that are tailored to you
